Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Fadaat Studios and the booking of our production studios and equipment.
1. Reservations & approval
A reservation request is saved as a provisional request and is not confirmed until our team reviews and approves it and sends you a payment link. We reserve the right to decline any request.
2. Payment
A booking is confirmed only once payment is completed in full via the payment link. The studio space and equipment are held for your booking for the selected time only.
3. Cancellation & changes
Cancellations or changes may be subject to fees depending on how close they are to the booking date. Please contact us as early as possible for any change.
4. Studio rules
Clients must follow the studio rules shown on each studio’s page and any instructions from on-site staff. The client is responsible for any damage to the premises or equipment.
5. Liability
Fadaat Studios is not liable for loss of or damage to personal property. Insuring client-owned equipment is recommended.
